Terms and conditions
  1. Participation in calls for bids with the Initial Maximum Price of up to RUB 200 000 (inclusive) – free of charge
  2. Bidders being entities of Rosatom State Corporation are not charged participation fee.
  3. Participation in Online Price Monitoring – free of charge.
  4. A Limited Pricing Plan ("One Call for Bids") shall be valid within 1 year from the time of purchase.
  5. A Limited Pricing Plan allows to submit a bid in a call for bids, including all lots, if it is a multi-lot call for bids.
  6. Where a Bidder purchases a limited and unlimited pricing plans being in effect at the same time, an unlimited one shall take precedence. A limited pricing plan can be used only once an unlimited plan has expired, provided that a limited one still remains effective. На срок действия безлимитного тарифа срок действия лимитного тарифа не продлевается.
  7. In case a call for bids, for which a bid has been submitted under a limited pricing plan, is cancelled, participation availability shall be renewed, and a Bidder will be able to use it again, within the limited pricing plan validity period. In case a lot/ several lots in a multi-lot call for bids are cancelled, a limited pricing plan shall be reactivated only if no bids have been submitted for other current lots.
  8. In case a Bidder withdraws a bid submitted in a call for bids under a limited pricing plan, participation availability shall not be renewed. In case a Bidder withdraws a bid for a lot/ several lots in a multi-lot call for bids, a limited pricing plan allows to submit the bids for other lots within the call for bids. To edit the submitted bid, no additional participation availability is required to be consumed or purchased within a limited pricing plan.
  9. In case a submitted bid is returned due to the changing of an Initial Maximum Price, no purchasing of another pricing plan is required for participation in such call for bids.
  10. A Pricing Plan shall be purchased via a Bidder's personal workspace in ROSATOM section of RTS-tender e-marketplace based on the invoices (offers) generated at the Bidder's request
  11. In case a pricing plan is paid in a foreign currency, payment recalculation shall be made based on the official exchange rate of the Bank of Russia at the date of invoice generation, and the invoice shall specify the respective sum in a foreign currency as per the pricing plan.
  12. Participation in calls for bids of the nuclear sector via E-Store of Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace is free of charge.
