Payment terms:payment of the cost of completed complex works aimed at the creation of ISUE MCD is carried out by the Customer in a non-cash form using payment orders by transferring 2 funds to the Contractor's current account. Payment is made within 45 (forty-five) calendar days (in case of conclusion of an agreement with an organization related to small and medium-sized businesses, payment is made within 7 (seven) business days) from the date of acceptance into commercial operation of ISUE MCD for each automation facility, which is confirmed by the agreed (signed) By the Contractor and the Customer with a set of documents specified in the contract, based on Invoices issued by the Contractor for payment.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
